SERVER — NORTH & MAPLE KITCHEN + BAR
North & Maple Kitchen + Bar is looking for experienced, energetic Servers to join our team!
We’re a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant focused on great food, genuine hospitality, and creating a memorable experience for every guest.
What We’re Looking For- 2+ years of serving experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong people skills
- Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Experience with restaurant POS systems
- BASSET certified or willing to obtain certification
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification or willing to obtain certification
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Make knowledgeable menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate
- Check guest identification when serving alcohol
- Follow North & Maple's steps of service
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
- Pre-bus tables and anticipate guest needs
- Work together with bartenders, hosts, food runners, and other servers
- Follow all food safety and alcohol-service regulations
- Great earning potential
