About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager to join our product team and help shape the future of our MDM platform. In this role, you will own a significant area of our product, working closely with engineering, design, pre-sales, customer success, and marketing to deliver capabilities that solve real enterprise data challenges. You will be expected to develop deep expertise in your product area, build strong relationships across the organization, and drive outcomes that matter to our customers and business. This is a hands‑on role in a growing company where Product Managers are expected to go beyond task management. You will conduct customer research, define product strategy, manage execution across agile engineering teams, and communicate the value of your work to internal and external stakeholders. You will be the go‑to person for your product domain, and the first to raise your hand when questions arise or problems need solving in your area. What You Will Do User‑Centric Mindset Develop a deep understanding of how enterprise customers use the Profisee platform across industries, company sizes, and use cases Conduct customer interviews, analyze support escalation patterns, and gather feedback from pre‑sales and customer success teams to identify user needs and pain points Translate user research into actionable product requirements that address what customers actually need, not just what they say they want Champion the voice of the customer in product decisions, ensuring that features and capabilities are designed around real‑world usage patterns Communication and Collaboration Clearly articulate product vision, requirements, and updates to engineering teams, leadership, and cross‑functional stakeholders Build strong working relationships across the organization including engineering, design, marketing, pre‑sales, customer success, and partner teams Collaborate with marketing on product positioning, release messaging, and go‑to‑market planning Serve as the primary point of contact and subject‑matter expert for your product area, proactively driving alignment and resolution when issues arise Contribute to documentation, enablement materials, and internal knowledge sharing to keep teams aligned on product strategy and direction Execution Own end‑to‑end delivery of product capabilities from discovery through launch, including scoping, sequencing, and managing timelines across agile engineering teams Write clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable engineering teams to build with confidence Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery Maintain momentum across parallel workstreams without letting quality or clarity slip, demonstrating the pragmatism needed to ship enterprise software Track and communicate progress against roadmap commitments to stakeholders and leadership Business Outcomes Connect your day‑to‑day work to measurable business results including customer adoption, revenue impact, and strategic positioning Define and track key product metrics that demonstrate the value your work creates for customers and the business Participate in pre‑sales engagements by providing product expertise that helps translate platform capabilities into clear business value for prospects Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction through product improvements Communicate the business impact of your product work to senior leadership, connecting feature delivery to company strategy What We Are Looking For Required 3+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with enterprise software products Demonstrated ability to own a product area end‑to‑end, from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration Experience working with agile engineering teams, including sprint planning, backlog management, and cross‑functional coordination Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to senior leadership A track record of conducting customer research and translating insights into product decisions that drive measurable outcomes Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where you are expected to take ownership and drive clarity Experience with data management, data quality, analytics, or related enterprise data domains Preferred Experience with master data management (MDM), data governance, or data integration platforms Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem including Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or Dynamics Technical background or working knowledge of database concepts, SQL, APIs, and cloud architecture Experience with AI/ML product features or AI‑first product strategies Prior experience supporting pre‑sales or customer‑facing engagements as part of the product role Experience working with global partner ecosystems including systems integrators and value‑added resellers What Success Looks Like In your first year, you will have developed meaningful product expertise in your domain and earned credibility with engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams. You will be the person others look to when questions arise in your product area. You will have shipped capabilities that create real value for customers, and you will be able to articulate the business impact of your work clearly and confidently. Over time, you will grow from strong execution into strategic ownership, shaping not just what we build but why we build it and how it connects to the broader direction of the company.
