Express Mobile Auto Body is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our growing mobile service team. This is a great opportunity for someone early to mid-stage in their auto body career who possesses foundational knowledge in automotive repair and is eager to work in a mobile environment. You will assist with surface preparation, minor dent repairs, bodywork, and mobile equipment maintenance while delivering great service to local clients. Responsibilities

• Perform auto body repairs including minor dent removal, sheet metal preparation, and surface smoothing.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and sanding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct automotive cosmetic tasks such as sanding, masking, priming, and surface prep to prepare vehicles for refinishing.
• Load, maintain, and organize mobile repair equipment and tools on company service vehicles daily.
• Install automotive components and trim pieces accurately while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers on-site, representing the Express Mobile Auto Body brand with pride.
• Perform general equipment maintenance, shop, and mobile unit upkeep as required.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of hands-on auto body experience (or a combination of experience and completion of an automotive trade school/vocational collision program).
• Solid foundational knowledge of auto body repair, surface preparation, and tool handling.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attitude, and ability to work effectively in a mobile repair setup.
• Physical capability to lift heavy tools/equipment and work outdoors or in varying field environments.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
