Senior Quality Inspector (On-Site) | Charleroi, PA | Secret Clearance Preferred Location: Charleroi, Pennsylvania (100% On-Site) Clearance: U.S. Citizenship Required | Department of Defense Secret Clearance Preferred Are you an experienced Senior Quality Inspector with a strong background in electronics, mechanical inspection, and military quality standards? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join a mission-focused team supporting advanced defense technologies. In this role, you'll perform critical inspections, ensure compliance with stringent quality requirements, and contribute to products supporting national security. What You'll Do As a Senior Quality Inspector , you will utilize your knowledge of electrical theory and quality assurance principles to inspect parts, materials, assemblies, and equipment for compliance with engineering and manufacturing requirements. Responsibilities include: Inspect parts, materials, assemblies, and equipment for compliance with specified requirements Perform real-time defect evaluation and identify nonconforming conditions Operate and monitor automated electronic and mechanical test equipment Prepare quality assurance documentation and inspection records Verify corrective action implementation and rework activities Interface with manufacturing personnel, engineering teams, internal customers, and suppliers Ensure compliance with established quality standards and workmanship requirements Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate's Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering preferred Minimum 6 years of directly related quality inspection experience Knowledge of: Electrical theory Electronic and mechanical inspection processes Quality assurance documentation Automated testing equipment Certifications may be required: J-STD-001 J-STD-002 IPC-A-610 X-Ray Qualification Preferred Technical Skills Candidates should possess strong knowledge of: ESD Control Electronic workmanship standards Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) Statistical Process Control (SPC) Basic electronic test configurations Mechanical test configurations Mechanical measurement tools What Sets You Apart Strong communication and interpersonal skills Collaborative team player with a positive attitude Creative problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation What You'll Experience Work with technologies that are not only cutting-edge but often top secret Join a team of innovative professionals solving complex engineering challenges Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth Meaningful work supporting national defense and advanced technologies Security Clearance Requirements Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance preferred at time of hire Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within secure facilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
