Saratoga Medical is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse - Reproductive Health Clinic in Pinal County, AZ, OR Phoenix Metro, AZ, OR Tucson Metro, AZ . Package includes competitive rate, paid time off and benefit options.

Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse - Reproductive Health Clinic at Pinal County, AZ, OR Phoenix Metro, AZ, OR Tucson Metro, AZ . This is a great full-time opportunity, 40 hours work week schedule, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer immunizations, including influenza and COVID-19 vaccines, in accordance with established guidelines.
• Obtain patient vital signs and assist with patient assessments.
• Provide patient education, counseling, and reproductive health information.
• Perform pregnancy testing and STI screening, including HIV, syphilis, Chlamydia, and Gonorrhea testing within scope of practice.
• Assist providers during patient examinations and clinical procedures.
• Provide patient support services and referrals to community resources when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with daily clinic operations.

Qualifications:

• Current Arizona Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Hepatitis B and MMR immunization records.
• TB test completed within the last 12 months.
• Arizona DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Ability to pass a 7-year criminal background check.

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (clinic hours)
• On-call availability required as assigned.
