Production Coordinator

Production Coordinator Location: Greenbrier, TN Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site Travel: None Join JRC, Incorporated JRC, Incorporated is a nationwide commercial roofing and construction company headquartered in Greenbrier, Tennessee. We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized Production Coordinator to support our nationwide production operations. This position works closely with Production leadership and field teams to coordinate project scheduling, timekeeping, DOT compliance, travel, safety documentation, fleet needs, and day-to-day field communication. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Construction, production, logistics, or administrative experience is a plus. Applicants must live in the Nashville, TN area and be able to work full-time at our Greenbrier office. This is not a remote position. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and follow-through Reliable attendance and dependability Construction, production, logistics, or administrative experience preferred Responsibilities Coordinate project start dates based on Production Supervisor availability, DOT compliance, procurement, project location, and the current production pipeline Monitor and adjust schedules as project needs and field availability change Review DOT Driver Logs to assist with production scheduling and compliance Monitor, verify, and validate timekeeping and hourly employee timecards for payroll Coordinate lodging for Production Supervisors traveling nationwide Verify and maintain required safety and production documentation Assist with preparing and transitioning company trucks when reassigned Collaborate with the Chief Production Officer, Division Managers, and field teams to keep projects moving smoothly Assist with New Hire Orientation and other administrative needs Serve as a communication link between the office, field teams, and external contacts Perform other duties as assigned by management Benefits Full-Time, Hourly Position Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Flexible Hours to Support Work-Life Balance If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy keeping people, schedules, and operations moving, we would like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jrcinco
