• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding residents
• Assist with resident activities, such as transferring, lifting, and positioning
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nursing staff

• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in resident assessments and screenings to identify needs and provide recommendations for care
