Dare to learn new skills, advance inyour career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do Manage Quality Control Laboratory, Wastewater Treatmentoperations, and the QC Calibration program. Support quality investigations of Internalnonconformances and/or Customer Complaints (NCMR/CCMS) with root causeanalysis and CAPA implementation. Provide technical and quality support for manufacturingoperations, product disposition, and batch adjustments. Support and maintain quality planning and changemanagement processes, including APQP, PPAP, MOC, CTQ standards, andcustomer-specific requirements. Manage the Measurement System Analysis (MSA) programand ensure measurement systems are accurate, capable, and compliant withCustomer and ISO/IATF requirements. Drive Quality Management System compliance andcontinuous improvement through IATF 16949, ISO 9001, SQC, statisticalanalysis, quality metrics, and cross-functional improvement initiatives. What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Engineering or related technical field required. 4+ years in a manufacturing environment with quality or technical experience, automotive industry preferred. Understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements with practical application in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of Control Plans, PFMEA and Flow Chart development. Strong knowledge of MSA (Measurement System of Analysis). Domestic travel requirements Analytical and problem-solving skills, Six Sigma or statistical experience preferred. Prior experience of handling different analytical equipment such as spectroscopy, auto titrators, FTIR, and ICP is preferred. Knowledge in SAP is preferred. Knowledge of Water Waste Treatment is a bonus. This range represents the good‑faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting.In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.
