Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Job description Work for Colorado’s leading Environmental Contractor! CDI is hiring Welders for our 10,000 SF facility located just south of Highlands Ranch off Hwy 85. What You’ll Do Assist with welding, grinding, and basic mechanical repairs Work on trailers, tractors, skid steers, and other equipment Follow instructions, blueprints, and safety protocols What We’re Looking For Basic mechanical/fabrication experience preferred Familiar with hand and power tools Able to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet all day Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Must bring basic tools (specialty tools provided) Welding: 1 year (Required) Benefits Weekly pay 401(k) + 4% match after 90 days Health, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance Paid Vacation, Sick Time & Holidays (including Friday after Thanksgiving) Career growth potential in welding/fabrication Health savings account Schedule Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Overtime available CDI is an Equal Opportunity Employer & Drug-Free Workplace.
