Job Details Location: San Leandro, CA 94577 Position Summary A Westmed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is responsible for transporting patients between hospitals and care facilities, delivering both basic and advanced life‑saving treatment as needed, and operating emergency vehicles safely and efficiently. Successful EMTs respond promptly to emergency calls, assess patients’ conditions to provide appropriate medical care, and develop an initial care plan to stabilize individuals. Strong coordination with dispatchers and the ability to navigate emergency vehicles under various conditions are essential for this role.
