Job Title: Step Down Registered Nurse Location: Cleveland, OH Setting: Hospital Pay Range: 2568.16 - 2696.57 Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30 (D/N rotating; shifts may be variable if needed to meet the operational needs of the hospital) Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: 12 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for; permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand; AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications; traveler must work at least every other holiday; acceptable scores on the ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in a hospital step-down setting.
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient care needs.
• Float to designated hospital units and the emergency department as needed to care for the same patient population.
• Work assigned day or night shifts, including rotating and variable schedules as required by hospital operational needs.
