Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Parkhouse Nursing and Rehab Center in Royersford, PA. As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, promoting optimal physical function, and enhancing their overall well-being. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each resident Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and screenings to diagnose and treat physical impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise, and modalities, to achieve treatment goals Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans Provide education and training to residents and their families on physical therapy interventions and self-care techniques Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress Stay current with industry developments and best practices through continuing education and professional development Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire Minimum 0 years of experience in physical therapy (new graduates welcome to apply!)
