Internal Medicine - Geriatrics Physician

Role Overview Seeking Primary Care Physicians for outpatient clinics across various Florida locations. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care focusing on prevention and maintenance for a Medicare Advantage senior patient population. Conduct well visits, proactive outreach, same-day urgent care, and transitional care management. Maintain small panel sizes, typically seeing 12-15 patients daily, with minimal calls and fewer patient visits. Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR), ICD-10 coding, and STAR measure knowledge to ensure quality care. Collaborate with a dedicated team in modern facilities to deliver 5-star patient service prioritizing outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Medical Doctorate (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) with a license in Florida. Preferred specialization in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. DEA license, up-to-date CPR certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS). Effective communication, problem-solving, organizational, and computer skills (G-Suite, databases). Satisfactory completion of a TB test prior to employment. Additional Details Full-time positions with Monday to Friday hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm).
