You will lead private and small group sessions, helping members reach their goals through elite-level techniques, supplement guidance, and relentless motivation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coaching & Member Experience: Conduct safe, effective, and inspiring private MMA training sessions for members of all skill levels. Bring our core values to life by being timely, ready, aware, inspiring, and noble in every interaction. Focus on changing lives through service and science, ensuring accurate administration of client programs and progress tracking. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training space.
• Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve personal monthly revenue targets for private coaching and supplement sales. Execute complimentary coaching consultations, complimentary workouts, and seminars to build your client base. Assist the membership team by conducting tours and closing training sales for new members. Encourage member involvement in workshops, body fat tables, and supplement booths.
• Administration & Operations: Arrive on time and prepare for all appointments; follow the agreed-upon schedule set by the MMA Manager. Record daily workouts for liability and adherence to national certification standards. Follow all company policies regarding payment transactions and guidelines in the UFC GYM Employee Handbook.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of related experience; in-depth knowledge of private training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Background: Pro-Am fight background and/or certification from an organization recognized by UFC GYM.
• Skills: Extroverted self-motivator with strong interpersonal skills and basic computer proficiency (Word/Excel).
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year degree in a related field preferred.
• Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification required. Current dotFIT certification (or willingness to obtain). Nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.
• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and frequently lift or move 45+ lbs. during training.

Compensation: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
