365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Geriatric Psychiatry Physician for a full-time permanent inpatient opportunity in Troy, New York.

Position Snapshot

• Base Salary: $318,449 – $354,957
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
• Retention Bonus: $30,000
• Schedule: Full-time inpatient (daytime hours)
• Call: 1:6 weekend rotation
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Schedule & Coverage Model

• Inpatient-focused schedule with typical daytime hours
• Call: 1:6 weekend rotation
• Balanced schedule with shared coverage responsibilities

Practice Environment

• 20-bed Geriatric Psychiatry inpatient unit
• Multidisciplinary care team including: Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Therapists, Case Managers, Social Workers
• Dedicated Clinical Coordinator/Social Worker with geriatric specialization
• Strong system-level behavioral health support
• Collaborative, physician-friendly culture

This is a highly respected, long-standing program focused on comprehensive geriatric mental health care.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient psychiatric care for geriatric patients
• Manage complex psychiatric, medical, and social conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Coordinate discharge planning and continuity of care
• Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification
• Clean malpractice and license history

Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship preferred but not required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
