With a manageable caseload of 45 students and a full-time schedule of 35-40 hours per week, you’ll have the time and resources to deliver individualized care and see meaningful progress.

Ideal candidates will bring expertise in pediatric and school-based settings, as well as enthusiasm for working with elementary students. Whether you’re a seasoned SLP with your CCC or a dedicated Clinical Fellow (CFY) eager to build your skillset, your passion and initiative are encouraged.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license
• ASHA Certification (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred
• Confidence collaborating with teachers, families, and school teams
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Engage with families to communicate progress and provide guidance
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes as required
