Community Manager - Mobile Home Communities

Job Description Job Description Immediate need for a dynamic Community Manager to manage three of our assets in the southern Fort Worth suburbs! The scope of the position includes all phases of property management including sales & marketing, collections, contractor/vendor coordination, P&L/budgeting, property maintenance, regulatory compliance, and resident relations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the residential property management industry with experience in any related fields such as manufactured home communities, apartments, single family home rentals, or RV resorts. The qualified applicant will be proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software such as Manage America, Rent Manager or Yardi. Bilingual capability in Spanish/English is a requirement in executing the business plan for theseassets. Competitive compensation package includes base salary plus commissions, performance bonuses, and annual bonuses.
