Bilingual Customer Service Representative - North Dallas, TX Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $15.50/hr Position Summary We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in a high-volume call center environment for our client in the North Dallas area. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls by directing inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel while providing excellent customer service and professionalism. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Assist customers with general questions and provide accurate information Route calls and messages to the appropriate departments or personnel Maintain clear and professional communication in both English and Spanish Enter and update information accurately in company systems Provide excellent customer service while handling a high volume of calls Assist with general administrative and office support tasks as needed Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Follow company procedures and attendance expectations Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual in English and Spanish required Good computer skills Basic Microsoft Office experience Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Professional phone etiquette and positive attitude Ability to submit to and pass a background check Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred Experience Customer Service Experience Call Center or Office Experience Data Entry Experience Microsoft Office Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
