General Manager
Iron Arch Management
Our General Managers are the leaders of their restaurants, responsible for delivering exceptional results in operations, people development, customer satisfaction, and profitability. They ensure each restaurant consistently achieves McDonald’s high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness while building a positive culture for both employees and guests.
In this role, you will establish restaurant goals, create action plans, and lead your team to achieve measurable results. Success comes through developing strong Assistant Manager, Shift Managers, providing coaching, accountability, and leadership that drives performance across all areas of the business.
General Managers play a critical role in recruiting, training, and developing future leaders, ensuring the restaurant has a strong leadership pipeline for long-term success. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious leaders looking to grow their careers with a successful McDonald’s organization.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management experience required
- Experience as an Assistant General Manager, General Manager, or equivalent leadership role in a high-volume environment
- Must be able to effectively manage and lead a team of 50+ employees
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
- Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, profitability, staffing, and operational excellence
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and team member experiences
- Must be at least 18 years of age
