**Required Certifications:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring - Advanced Fetal Monitoring - NOT via AWHONN - AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) **Experience:** - 2 years of experience required - 3+ years of experience required - C-section experience required - Must be proficient in fetal monitoring and the actions taken for fetal distress - Clinical background in high risk patients **Skills and Qualifications:** - Must be able to care for patients with pre-eclampsia - Must be able to function in L&D and couplet care - Proficient assessment skills to handle OB emergencies until the provider arrives **Additional Information:** - BSN not required - May float to ED or MedSurg if experienced - Must have experience with respiratory therapists, patient care technicians, health unit secretaries, OB scrub techs, and HUC in the unit **Licensure:** - License to Submit required
