A Med-Peds physician job in Rochester, New York is open for an academic faculty appointment in adult transition medicine. This Internal Medicine-Pediatrics role cares for young adults with IDD, autism, and medically complex childhood-onset conditions as they age out of the pediatric teams that have known them since childhood. The position offers 1.5 days of protected time, a clinic capped at 6-7 patients per half-day, $150,000 in student loan repayment, and a summer 2027 start aligned to residency completion. Med-Peds residents finishing training are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completed residency in Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds) or Family Medicine
• Board-certified or board-eligible in the medical specialty listed
• Eligible for New York State medical licensure
