Greenhorn Ranch in Quincy, CA is looking for one front desk agents to join our team. We provide seasonal employment from April-November. We are located on 2116 Greenhorn Ranch Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. Gratuities and 1 meal per shift included. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer and screen phone calls Convert inquiries to reservations Perform sales calls to prompt reservations Complete retail sales and guest room charges Organize and schedule meetings as needed Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources Provide support to all departments as needed Qualifications Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position Knowledge of basic computer programs, email and internet Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner Time-management and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Greenhorn Ranch
