2nd Shift Part Time Warehouse Associate, Refrigerated

Warehouse OperationsAnticipated hourly range: $19.00 per hour - $19.60 per hour based on experience (includes shift differential)Shift Time: Monday through Friday, 4:00pm to 9:30pmWarehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.Responsibilities:Responsible for compliance and regulations concerning OSHA, DEA, FDA, and state/local authorities; adherence to cGMP guidelinesApplies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks.Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned areaMaintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications.Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution.Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor.Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) to process orders including accurately picking, performing quality control checks, and sorting.Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks, maintaining a clean work environment including complying with all Environmental Health and Safety requirements.Performs other duties and/or participates in projects as assigned by your manager or other management team member.What is expected of you for success in your role:Demonstrates working knowledge or proficiency in one or more assigned areas of responsibility:May also require material handling equipment certificationAccurately performs multiple operational tasks assigned to the individualDemonstrates basic material handling/ packaging /warehouse equipment skillsPerforms one or more warehouse operations functions within the operating guidelines of the facilityDemonstrates effective oral communication skillsWhat is expected of you and others at this level:Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasksReadily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned areaMaintains appropriate licenses, training, and certificationsWorks on routine assignments that require some problem resolutionWorks within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methodsAdheres to all quality guidelinesWorks under moderate degree of supervisionWork typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisorRefers complex unusual problems to supervisorQualifications:High School Diploma or GED preferred1 - 2 years related experience preferredRadiofrequency (RF) scanner and/or voice to pick experience highly preferredAbility to consistently lift 80 Ibs and be able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift of 8 hours or more requiredComfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularlyAbility to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shiftMust be able to work overtime with little to no advance noticeWillingness to learn to operate material handling equipment and rotate into various areas of the warehouseAble and willing to work in freezer conditions (5°F) to support vaccine order picking and packing when neededWillingness to work in refer 36°F-42°F for up to 8 Hours or longer
