Receiving Coordinator

Clean Harbors located in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to add to the team. The Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for completing all receiving duties to receive loads, process paperwork, and get loads ready for shipment from the facility as needed.

Shift: 8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday. OT and weekends as needed.

Pay: $18.50/HR

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;

• Process incoming loads of waste;

• Prepare paperwork for waste loads for shipment to Recycle Center/Distribution Center;

• Manage inventory order and receiving process;

• General housekeeping and keeping a clean work area;

• Ensure waste is stored in safe and proper manner.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required;

• 1+ plus years of related experience is preferred;

• Previous experience in warehouse receiving and coordinating preferred;

• Comfortable using computers and programs.
