Paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with guidance and support from mentors and peers. What You’ll Do: You’ll work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism, in a center-based environment. Day to day, that means: Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans. Building skills through play, connection, and the kind of presence that helps a child feel safe enough to try. Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology. Creating a safe, positive environment for every child you work with. Preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days. What We Offer: No RBT? $18.24 - $20.00 Obtained your RBT? What we’re looking for: Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. Reliability — showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks. Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days. Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services — experience with children is a plus. Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment — we’ll prepare you.
