Collaborateeffectively with flight teams, patients, and external healthcare providers. Maintaincompliance with company protocols, safety regulations, and medical standards. Participatein ongoing education and training to uphold the highest care standards. Schedule:Rotational shifts based on operational needs. Requirements: ActiveRN license to practice in Indiana. Minimumof 3 years of critical care/emergency experience (5 years preferred). Currentcertifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and one of the following: TNATC, TNCC, ITLS,or PHTLS (NRP and instructor certifications preferred). CFRNcertification within 24 months of hire. Flightor transport experience preferred. Successfulcompletion of the Medical Group education/orientation program. Effectiveinterpersonal skills to work with team members, patients, and externalcustomers. Weightlimit: Must maintain body weight below 235 lbs per flight policy. Basiccomputer skills for electronic charting and communication.
