Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the North Jersey area to present and promote client products
• Learn and master sales presentations, product knowledge, and customer service best practices
• Work with your team to hit sales goals and performance targets
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development workshops
• Provide an energetic, positive experience for customers
• Represent clients in a professional and ethical manner at all times

Ideal Candidate Traits

• Sports minded, competitive, or athlete background (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Entry level attitude with a desire to grow
• Enjoys a team environment and fast-paced work
• Goal-driven and motivated by performance incentives
• No previous sales experience needed — just a willingness to learn

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Full-time availability
• Reliable transportation to our Secaucus, NJ office
• Ability to work in person (not remote)

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly pay! Say Bye Bye to bi-weekly pay checks :)
• Performance-based advancement opportunities
• W2 Position- Weekly Pay Check
• Compensation: $15.92–$30.00 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn commissions. Employees are guaranteed at least their hourly wages (including applicable overtime). When commission earnings exceed hourly wages for the applicable pay period, employees are paid the higher commission amount.
• Top Performers earn between $800-$2000 weekly
• Benefits: This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored health insurance, retirement, or paid leave benefits. Any available employee perks or discounts will be discussed during the hiring process.
