ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in Lancaster, California. ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in Lancaster, California . This is a full-time opportunity for an OT looking to make a meaningful impact on students' development and success in the classroom while collaborating with educators and other related service professionals.

Job Details:
- Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Location: Lancaster, CA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Full-Time
- 30+ hours per week
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Onsite, school-based position
- Additional caseload and assignment details will be discussed during the interview process
- Contract position with potential for renewal based on performance
- Pay rate: $45-55/ hour
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active California Occupational Therapist license required
- Previous school-based experience is preferred
- Knowledge of IEP development, documentation, evaluations, and school-based service delivery
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
