You've closed transactions. You understand the business. You know how much work it takes to get a client from the first conversation to the closing table.

At GD Homes Real Estate , we're looking for 2 experienced, full-time real estate agents who want to increase their production without having to build every part of the business alone.

We're not looking to recruit as many agents as possible.

We're intentionally keeping this opportunity limited so we can provide our agents with real leads, hands-on broker support, training, systems, and accountability.

What You'll Have Access ToApproximately 8 Brokerage-Provided Leads Per Month

We actively invest in lead generation so our agents have additional opportunities to work alongside the business they generate themselves.

These aren't meant to replace building your own sphere—they're designed to help you create a stronger, more consistent pipeline.

Our expectation is simple: when an opportunity is provided, you work it.

That means answering quickly, following up consistently, updating your pipeline, and doing the work required to convert opportunities into clients.

A Broker Who Is Actually Involved

Real estate gets complicated.

Sometimes you need another opinion on how to structure an offer. Sometimes you need help with a negotiation. Sometimes a transaction starts going sideways, and you need someone experienced to help you figure out the next move.

Our agents have access to hands-on broker support from an experienced producing broker who understands what it takes to put deals together.

You won't be left trying to figure everything out on your own.

Training Built Around Production

We're not interested in training just for the sake of checking a box.

Our focus is helping agents become better at the activities that actually generate business, including:

• Lead conversion and follow-up

• Buyer consultations

• Listing opportunities

• Contracts and transaction strategy

Compensation:

$120,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and timely communication.
• Leverage brokerage-provided leads to expand your client base and increase your sales pipeline.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to guide clients in making informed real estate decisions.
• Collaborate with our broker and team to develop effective negotiation strategies for successful transactions.
• Utilize our CRM and lead management systems to track and manage client interactions and follow-ups.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills in lead conversion, buyer consultations, and listing opportunities.
• Implement marketing strategies using provided resources to promote listings and attract potential buyers and sellers effectively.

Qualifications: We're Looking For Agents Who Want to Produce

This isn't a position for someone who simply wants somewhere to hang their license.

The right agent for our team:

• Holds an active California real estate license.

• Has already closed multiple real estate transactions.

• Is committed to real estate as a full-time career.

• Is comfortable working both brokerage-provided and self-generated opportunities.

• Understands that leads require consistent follow-up.

• Is willing to prospect and build their own database.

• Responds quickly to clients and new opportunities.

• Is coachable and open to feedback.

• Wants accountability.

• Wants to continue improving their skills.

• Is looking for a brokerage where they can grow long-term.
