Office Sales Clerk and Manager

Bucks Toys and Tires is looking for a dependable team member to be a possible point of first contact with customers and to help manage the front office!

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming phone calls and make some outgoing calls to potential customers
• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
• Produce invoices and handle cash and other forms of payments
• Record daily sales and inventory
• Use accounting software to track sales and reports
• Maintain accurate files and data entry
• Light cleaning as needed
• Assist in timecard management
• Work independently and as a team to ensure that customers' needs are met
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Be a motivated, self-starting individual
• Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Preferred individuals have:

• Experience in auto and/or auction industry, specifically vehicle titles and transfers
• Experience as a tire technician or familiarity with tire sizes and vehicles a plus
• Ability to market lot items and inventory to buyers
• Experience advertising on Craigslist and/or marketplace

Hours: part-time or full-time, flexible hours

Pay: depends on experience

Salary: From $16.00 - 25.00 per hour
