Position Physical Therapist – Residential & Community Care Key Highlights Sign-On Bonus: $2,000. Next‑Day Pay available via PayActiv. Job Summary Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the Physical Therapist position in an in‑house program that delivers holistic care with a strong focus on prevention. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, and discharge planning. Perform other related duties as required. Build relationships by following residents across inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services. Guide clinically driven, patient‑centered treatment decisions and support program and care plan development. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for a license in the state(s) where services are rendered. Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehabilitation environment (preferred).
