Per Diem or Block Booking or Local Travel Assignment in Las Vegas NV. . .All shifts, all specialties, multiple locations!

• Work as many or as little shifts. . .. per week. . ..per month. . ..per year!
• 12hrs/24hrs/36hrs/48hrs/60hrs per week- the choice is yours!
• Direct deposit / weekly pay!
• Daily booking, weekly booking, master booking!

Pay Rates
RN's = $40/hr
LPN's = $25/hr
CNA's = $14/hr

*** Must have at least 2 years of US - acute care/hospital experience ***

Required Doc's
1. Resume
2. RN/LPN/CNA- NV license (front/back-signed)
3. BLS /ACLS (front/back-signed) (per specialty)
4. DL and SS card (front/back)
5. 2- current references (charge nurse/supervisor/nurse manager)
6. Current physical (within 12 months)
7. Current TB Skin test (within 12 months)
8. Current -- Fit test (within 12 months)
9. Proof of: MMR, Varicella, Hep B, flu
10. Must be able to pass background and drug testing
