Wellmore of Lexington is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide person-centered care for residents in our senior living community. The CNA assists with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals, while monitoring and reporting changes in condition to nursing staff. The role includes taking vital signs, documenting care, and supporting restorative and memory care needs. CNAs build strong relationships with residents and families, promote dignity and safety, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Ongoing training, mentorship, and growth opportunities are offered in a supportive, resident-first environment.
