Registered Nurse - Surgical/Trauma Unit
Location: Augusta, Georgia
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Surgical/Trauma Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in post-operative care and trauma management, working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Manage post-operative care for surgical and trauma patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize the Meditech documentation system for accurate record-keeping.
- Participate in continuous learning and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical-surgical or orthopedic settings.
- Experience in post-operative care and trauma preferred.
- Current RN license required.
- ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
