Prioritize work that delivers the greatest business and customer value. Collaborate with business leaders, Product Owners, and Agile teams to align strategy with execution. Lead product planning, roadmap development, and go-to-market readiness activities. Use data, insights, and industry trends to drive product decisions and continuous improvement. Champion Agile and SAFe practices that enable high-quality, predictable delivery. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Information Services, IT, Product Management, or a related area is required. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business teams. Experience working in Agile environments; SAFe or Agile certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain certification within your first year).
