Sales Representative Rocky Hill, Connecticut As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face out in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. What You’ll Do Engage with homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes. Customize sales messaging for each household, turning “just looking” into “just signed” using a proven sales methodology. Log interactions and track activity using a CRM to measure performance. Cross‑sell and upsell to help customers level up their lawns. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED (advanced degree encouraged). Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are essential. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills for small talk and closing conversations. Effective time‑management and self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions. Average income $875–$1,200 per week.
