Multiple Shifts Available: Day, Swing & Weekend

Day Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Swing Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:15 PM - 2:30 AM

Weekend: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 / hour

Job Summary:

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-established precision manufacturing company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 3-Axis CNC Machine Operator to join their production team.

This position is responsible for operating 3-axis CNC machines in a safe and efficient manner while supporting high-volume production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The CNC Machine Operator will load and unload materials and finished parts, monitor machine operation, and ensure all parts meet quality and accuracy standards. This role also includes deburring finished machined parts using hand tools and equipment, as well as performing basic quality checks throughout the production process.

Operators in this role will be expected to run multiple CNC machines simultaneously while maintaining production standards and efficiency. Additional responsibilities include following detailed work instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures; using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges; maintaining a clean and organized work area; and promptly reporting any equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors.

Responsibilities:

• Operate 3-axis CNC machines safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials and finished parts from machines
• Monitor machine operation and inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Deburr finished machined parts using hand tools and equipment
• Operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously while maintaining production standards
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures
• Perform basic measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred
• Experience operating 3-axis CNC machinery is a plus
• Ability to deburr precision parts
• Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple machines
• Basic blueprint reading and measuring tool experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift during shift
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required
