Pay Rate Range: $30-40/hr. W2 Location: Richmond, VA - Hybrid -3x on site and 2x remote Job Description: Strategic & Consultative Partner: Strong emphasis on relationship building Ability to Influence: Proven capability to guide and advise stakeholders Corporate Recruiting Experience: (Bonus!) Class-Based Hiring: Experience managing high-volume recruitment classes High-Touch Candidate Experience: Dedicated to delivering a great experience Sourcing Innovation: Out-of-the-box techniques and proactive sourcing methods Organizational Skills: Exceptionally well-managed and structured Adaptability: Highly agile and adaptable to change Geographic Scope: Experience recruiting across various US geographies (Bonus!) Process Improvement: Ability to identify gaps and suggest improvements Someone who can switch between high-volume recruiting and senior-level searches, proactively source candidates, partner with senior leaders, and quickly adjust when priorities change. #J-18808-Ljbffr
