Senior Data Intelligence Analyst

To support a growing customer experience team, the full-time Senior Data Intelligence Analyst will lead the design and development of data intelligence solutions, analyze customer journeys, and build dashboards to enhance operational efficiency in a remote-eligible position. Key responsibilities Lead the design and development of CX data intelligence solutions, including AI insight agents Analyze customer journeys and operational metrics to identify friction points and improvement opportunities Build and maintain dashboards and reports for CXO leaders to provide visibility into performance and trends Required qualifications Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets in modern data warehouse and BI environments Hands-on experience in building analytical models or intelligence solutions that impact customer experience Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or LLM-based approaches relevant to CX and operational challenges Ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders Proactive mindset with a proven track record of cross-team collaboration to drive insights into execution
