Role: Software Engineer Lead - IT Enterprise Systems (Storage) Engineer Work Location: Miami, FL Duration: 6+ Months Job Description Qualifications - External: Software Engineers perform requirements analysis. They then design, develop or maintain the physical application (components) or the application environment, based on the Software Architecture (models and principles). Activities include coding, integrating, implementing, installing or changing frameworks and standard components, or technical and functional application management. A Software Engineer also develops languages, methods, frameworks and tools, and/or undertakes activities in support of server-based databases in development, test and production environments. Required Skills and Experience: You are an experienced Software Engineer. You have received training and mastered at least one technology environment. You are good at elaborating technology areas and have an ability to position them within the scope of an overall project. You are a member of at least one community.

• Qualification: Minimum 3 years' experience, Bachelor's Degree.
• Certification: Should have or seeking SE Level 1.
• Should have progressing knowledge in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering, Testing, Data Management, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.

Senior Engineer - It Enterprise Systems (Storage) Position Summary: This is a leadership position with expectations of 5 years or more experience working in a complex technology environment. Exceptional communication skills is expected along with the ability to multi-task. Technical skills includes: In-depth knowledge of IBM Power Servers, IBM i, HMC, Virtualization, Networking/TCPIP, SAN and Storage, Troubleshooting, Performance, Scripting and High Availability Solutions. Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, vision, and direction to IT and the larger worldwide business units
• Responsible for support of key Revenue generating systems for the company
• Interface with engineering leads from software development, data center operations, warehousing, networking, data analytics, security, helpdesk and change management
• Coordinate and engage in problem analysis, provide comprehensive reporting and metrics and compliance.
• Utilize fundamental concepts of finance to assist with managing budgets, forecast labor, and provide information to account for the financial impact of decision-making.
• Collaborate with application owners to understand the risk position around key business applications.
• Responsible for proactively detecting and addressing potential issues before they become critical.
• Provide 24/7 support to global users and development staff worldwide via telephone, email and mobile applications.
• Design new architectural solutions for technology refresh interfacing with Architect team, Project management team and leadership.

Qualifications: Experience in a leading role within an IT Enterprise Systems team or equivalent is required. In depth experience with IBM i os, HMC, Virtualization, Security, Storage and SAN. Demonstrated ability to perform successfully in an open environment where frequent and direct interaction and collaboration with customers and peers. Physical Demands: Employee must be able to rack and install servers weighting up to 30lbs. Travel may be required 5% domestically
