Front Desk Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact, creating a welcoming and efficeint environment for patients and visitors. Daily duties include: 1) managing a multi-line phone system 2) scheduling and confirming appointments 3) checking patients in and out while verifying demographic and insurance information. This role is responsible for collecting co-pays, processing payments, and maintaining accurate electronic health records (eClinicalWorks) in strict compliance with HIPPA guidelines. Additionally, the receptionist coordinates patient flow, handles incoming medical correspondence, and collaborates closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless daily office operations.
