This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve while working in a supportive and caring environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.Monitor and record residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.Provide emotional support and companionship to residents to enhance their quality of life.Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident living areas.Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal resident care.RequirementsCurrent CNA certification in the state of Kentucky.Previous experience in a long-term care or personal care setting preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours on a PRN basis.Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong work ethic.BenefitsCompetitive pay of $15.50 per hour, paid semi-monthly.Flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability.Opportunity to work in a supportive and team-oriented environment.Gain valuable experience in a respected personal care facility.About the CompanyMt.
