Residential HVAC Technician

R.A. Hoy Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential HVAC Technician to serve homeowners across Cape Cod. In this field-based role, you’ll install, troubleshoot, and maintain heating, cooling, and ductless mini-split systems, as well as indoor air quality equipment. You’ll handle diagnostics, repairs, seasonal tune-ups, and occasional emergency calls while delivering customer-first service. Work with a small, supportive team that values craftsmanship, safety, and reliability, and gain hands-on experience and manufacturer training with a wide range of systems.
