This outpatient Internal Medicine opportunity on California’s Central Coast offers the rare combination of strong financial incentives and genuine work-life balance. Practice Overview

• 100% outpatient Internal Medicine within a well-established regional group
• Multiple clinic options, including San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, Lompoc, and Santa Maria
• Optional teaching involvement with a Family Medicine residency program
• Collaborative infrastructure with strong clinical and administrative support
• Phone-only call limited to approximately four weeks per year

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary with RVU incentives
• 50,000 sign-on bonus and 50,000 retention bonus
• Up to 144,000 in student loan repayment
• Medical benefits, malpractice coverage, retirement match, and relocation assistance
• Four-day workweek option supporting long-term balance

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for California medical licensure
