Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners! We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Acute care experience.
• OT Certification required for this assignment.
• Alaska state fingerprint and state background must be cleared or in provisional status to start working.

Assignment Details

• Four 10-hour shifts.
• Shift hours: 0700-0530.
• Rotating schedule to include weekends.
• Weekend rotation includes Saturdays and Sundays.
• Weekend requirement: 2-3 weekends per month.
• EMR: EPIC.
• Scrub color: light green.

Location Highlights

Anchorage offers direct access to both urban amenities and Alaska wilderness. Downtown Anchorage includes the Anchorage Museum and Delaney Park Strip, and the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail stretches 11 miles along the waterfront for biking and walking. Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport is about 6 miles from downtown, and the city provides access to day trips toward Turnagain Arm and the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, roughly 45 miles south.
