## Phlebotomist LeadApplylocations: GBH Glenbrook Hospital Glenviewtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R44168**Hourly Pay Range:**$20.69 - $30.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.**Position Highlights:*** Position: Phlebotomist Lead* Location: Glenbrook Hospital* Full Time/Part Time: Full Time* Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6pm, e/o weekend and rotating holidays**What you will do:*** Good communication and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads.* The ability to work cooperatively with others and inspire their cooperation. Adheres to and ensures to staff compliance to NorthShore attendance and punctuality standards.* Excellent phlebotomy and personal interaction skills with patients of all age groups.* Ensure supply inventory to ensure adequate volumes are available to support operations.* Assists Supervisor/Manager with front line supervision of departmental personnel and ensures the compliance of staff to all assigned procedures.**What you will need:*** Education: High School diploma or equivalent.* Certification: PBT(ASCP) preferred and CPR-BLS from the AHA Certification required.* Experience: For Phlebotomy II candidates, demonstrated competency and proficiency in all Phlebotomy I job responsibilities. For external candidate, two (2) years of experience in a comparable health setting.* Unique or Preferred Skills: Phlebotomy experience required.
