As a Conversation Designer, you’ll create conversational, voice-forward experiences across multiple surfaces, such as smart speakers, smart displays, auto, and more. You’ll work on multiple projects simultaneously, deal with cross-functional stakeholders, and provide feedback and direction to design work. Design and author compelling multimedia content, crafting polished C-level presentation decks, visual dashboards, and engaging product demo videos that drive the AI transformation narrative. Develop visually compelling, data-driven narratives tailored specifically for customer-facing engagements and C-level executives. Research the enterprise AI transformation landscape to deeply understand industry terminology, ensuring that all communications reflect a high level of domain expertise. Produce high-quality written and visually narrated content meant to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to both internal stakeholders and external audiences. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in product design or UX. Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions). Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 12 years of experience in product design or UX. 5 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization. 4 years of experience leading design projects. 3 years of experience working with executive leaders.
