Experience with DTS Defense Travel System and advanced CATMS required. Demonstrated success managing several direct reports and multiple functional areas across multiple locations. Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Outstanding English writing skills; ability to quickly deliver quality written products in constrained time periods. Strong active‑listening skills to assess customer needs and satisfaction. Experience managing customer expectations and working directly with customers. Outstanding customer‑service abilities (initiative, judgment, creativity, flexibility, confidence). Ability to multi‑task across multiple projects. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in strategic communications. Executive level support experience, experience within DoD and other federal agencies is preferable. Experience in leading and providing technical guidance and direction involving multiple projects of high complexity. Clearance: TSSCI.
