Behavioral Health Case Manager
The Hartford
The Hartford is seeking a Behavioral Health Case Manager (CT08IE) to conduct comprehensive evaluations of disability claimant functionality, advise on complex claims, and manage transitions from short-term to long-term disability within a multidisciplinary team.
