Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist / Safety Coordinator Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist / Safety Coordinator to support safety and compliance initiatives across manufacturing, construction, warehouse, and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with OSHA compliance, safety audits, incident investigations, hazard assessments, employee training, and continuous improvement programs. Key Responsibilities Lead and support OSHA compliance initiatives and safety programs. Conduct safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments. Investigate incidents, near misses, and injuries; perform root cause analysis. Develop and maintain JHAs (Job Hazard Analyses) and THAs (Task Hazard Analyses). Track and analyze safety metrics including TRIR, DART, LTIR, and EMR. Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce operational risk. Deliver employee safety training, toolbox talks, and coaching. Support regulatory compliance and maintain safety documentation. Partner with operations, warehouse, and field teams to strengthen safety culture. Required Qualifications 3+ years of EHS or safety experience in manufacturing, construction, warehouse, transportation, or industrial operations. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements. Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis. Experience with JHA/THA development. Ability to interpret and communicate safety metrics and trends. Proficient with safety documentation, audits, and inspections. Strong communication and employee engagement skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field. OSHA 510, OSHA 30, OSHA 10, CPR, or Confined Space certification. Experience supporting both field operations and warehouse/manufacturing environments. CDL or transportation safety exposure is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr CyberX Info System
